Khat Legal Consulting​

Khat is illegal at the federal level in the United States. In other countries it is legal and used for a wide array of traditional and contemporary purposes. Khat (Catha edulis) is a shrub native to East Africa and the Arabian Peninsula whose fresh leaves are chewed are brewed into a tea for their mild stimulant effects such as euphoria, alertness, appetite suppressant and increased energy. The firm works with companies that legally grow, manufacture and distribute Khat internationally.
