Mr. Davis is an owner and an operational consultant of many different businesses including B & K Installations which manufactures products and consults for some of the largest plant nurseries and cannabis companies in the world including Costa Farms. Mr. Davis is an owner of and litigates for Harris Aerial, a specialty drone manufacturer, which sells their products to the US and foreign military. Mr. Davis also is an owner operator of The Marine Guardian, a company which is a leader in GPS tracking, security and monitoring devices in the maritime industry for vessels of all sizes. This hands-on operational and business experience enables the firm to effectively address a wide range of business challenges, including supply chain management, strategic partnerships, and funding.

Businesses operating in regulated industries such as cannabis, legal psychedelics, supplements, peptides and health products require a significantly higher level of legal, operational, and strategic scrutiny compared to those in unregulated sectors. This is especially true for businesses that operate in or around legally grey areas, where the law is evolving, inconsistent, or jurisdictionally fragmented.

In such industries, business owners may unintentionally expose themselves to civil liability or even criminal penalties, particularly when navigating federal, state, and international laws that may conflict. For instance, a product that is legal at the state level may still be federally prohibited, creating complex compliance risks for investors, distributors, and marketing teams. This disconnect often leads to missteps in areas like payment processing, banking, taxation, advertising, or logistics.

Additionally, the regulatory landscape is constantly changing, driven by political, scientific, and public health developments. For this reason, regulated businesses gain a significant advantage by integrating legal counsel into their core strategic decision-making, enabling them to respond quickly to opportunities and navigate legal gray areas with confidence. The combination of evolving laws, public scrutiny, and high commercial interest makes these ventures both extremely profitable and uniquely vulnerable, requiring careful navigation to succeed and sustain growth.
