Zachary Davis
As a licensed attorney in Florida, he has worked in the Medical Marijuana industry for over nine years, receiving and applying for licenses across the country in states with competitive licensing, including Florida, Alabama, Virginia, and throughout the Northeast. Zach is a key member of Cannacore Group (https://www.cannacoregrp.com/), which not only serves cannabis clients but also navigates novel and complex compliance matters for hemp companies, including application submissions, licensing, packaging, testing, and payment processing. Mr. Davis manages, litigates, and funds litigation and other initiatives on behalf of entities that were wrongfully denied a license during the application process.
Mr. Davis played a crucial role in Perkins Nursery and Keith St. Germain Nursery, which received two of the first twenty-two Medical Marijuana Treatment Center licenses in Florida. Throughout this process, Mr. Davis met with members of the legislature, oversaw lawsuits, and was quoted in the South Florida Sun Sentinel. Keith St. Germain Nursery and Perkins Nursery sold their licenses to large multi-state operators for $58 million and $35 million, respectively.
