With nearly a decade of legal experience and over 15 years of consulting expertise, Zach Davis, Esq., focuses his practice on supporting both regulated industries such as cannabis, kratom, defense, and payment processing, and non-regulated businesses across a wide range of sectors. He provides strategic legal and business guidance tailored to each client’s unique challenges, helping them navigate complex regulatory landscapes as well as everyday operational needs. As a Florida licensed attorney, he has worked in the Medical Marijuana industry for over nine (9) years receiving and applying for licenses in multiple states including Florida, Alabama and Virginia.

Mr. Davis played a key role in the successful acquisition of two of the first 22 Medical Marijuana Treatment Center (MMTC) licenses awarded in Florida. Throughout this process, Mr. Davis developed and executed strategic initiatives in collaboration with members of the legislature, managed related litigation, and was quoted in the South Florida Sun Sentinel. The companies he represented ultimately exited their licenses to major multi-state operators for $58 million and $35 million, respectively.

Paula Savchenko, Esq. is an attorney at Davis Law and Consulting and the founder of both Cannacore Group and PS Law Group. She brings a deep and diverse legal background, with expertise across a wide range of highly regulated industries—including cannabis and psychedelics, alcohol and tobacco, renewable and conventional energy, healthcare services and medical facilities, pharmaceuticals and life sciences, FDA-regulated consumer and therapeutic products, and government contracting and procurement.
